The “Contractor” in this agreement is Si Développement Inc. at 1159 Rue Ottawa, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H3C 1S6.

The “Client” in this agreement is the entity with an active payment plan to receive the Contractor's software development services.

BACKGROUND

  1. The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
  2. The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Contractor (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:

SERVICES PROVIDED

  1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with the services (the "Services") as chosen from the Contractor's website (www.ifdev.xyz).
  2. The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.

TERM OF AGREEMENT

  1. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin upon the Client starting an active payment plan and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this Agreement. The initial term of this agreement will be for 1 month, to be renewed monthly.
  2. In the event that the Client wishes to terminate this Agreement, they are free to do so by cancelling or pausing their payment plan.
  3. In the event that the Contractor wishes to terminate this Agreement, they must give a 2-week notice and continue the work for the last paid month.
  4. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the obligations of the Contractor will end upon the termination of this Agreement.

PERFORMANCE

  1. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

CURRENCY

  1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (United States Dollars).

COMPENSATION

  1. The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services at the rate of the Client's chosen plan (the "Compensation") with the addition of taxes if applicable.
